An English 18 carat gold half-hunting cased centre seconds chronograph, hallmarked London 1891. Gilt three-quarter plate keyless movement with going barrel, plain cock with polished steel regulator, compensation balance with blue steel spiral hairspring, English table roller lever escapement, simple chronograph function, a pin acting directly on the balance to stop the movement. Plain gold cuvette, number corresponding to that on the movement. White enamel dial with Roman numerals, centre seconds and blued steel half hunter hands. Substantial plain case with blue enamel chapter ring, small slide in the band to stop the watch.
