An English silver five minute dumb repeating verge watch, circa 1750. Gilt verge movement, pierced and engraved balance cock, ruby endstone, turned baluster pillars, repeating hours and five minutes past the hour by depressing the pendant, gilt dust cover. White enamel dial with Roman numerals for hours, Arabic numerals for minutes, beetle and poker hands. Plain consular case. Movement signed.
