A Swiss 18 carat white and yellow gold open faced keyless lever dress watch made by Patek Philippe in Geneva, circa 1927. The nickel finished lever movement with wolf’s tooth winding, 18 jewels, five adjustments and a bimetallic compensation balance. Matte silvered dial with applied gold fancy Arabic numerals, outer dot minute divisions, subsidiary seconds and moon hands. The plain case with a white gold snap-on back with yellow gold rim, engraved with the initials GCM, a white gold pendant and crown, and yellow gold bow. Case, dial and movement signed.
