A rare and interesting English brass inking chronograph deck watch, circa 1900. Mechanical movement, plain three armed balance, 12 jewels. Silvered dial with Roman numerals, blued steel spade hands, central blued steel inking hand outer Arabic five minute divisions and scale calibrated for 300 units, set in large brass bowl, snap on back, the inking device operated by brass button in the band dropping dot of ink at the desired time, connected to a push-button of the outer mahogany box. Dial signed.
