A very fine and rare American 18 carat gold hunting cased keyless lever pocket watch, circa 1905. 3/4 Plate nickel finished lever movement, 17 jewels, bimetallic compensation balance, engraved balance bridge. Gold cuvette. White enamel dial with Roman numerals, outer calibrated black minutes track, sunken subsidiary seconds, and blued steel spade hands. Engraved case, central floral motif in a vase to both sides, surrounded by a triangular frame intertwined with leaf and scroll motif, engraved monogrammed cartouche to the front, engraved band and bow. Dial and movement signed by maker, case and cuvette signed K.W.C. Co. for Keystone Watch Case Company.
