A Swiss 18 carat gold and enamel apple form verge pocket watch, circa 1800-1820. Gilt finished full plate verge movement, chain fusée, pierced balance cock, three armed balance. White enamel dial with Breguet numerals, outer calibrated five minute divisions. Apple shaped case with black enamel background, gilt tree and leaf motif, highlighted with white enamel flowers, blue enamel and gilt basket, blue enamel and gilt leaf motif to the top, blue enamel and gilt bottom.
