A fine American 18 carat gold, enamel and diamond set open faced keyless lever pendant watch with matching pin and associated gilt and red enamel chain, circa 1910. Keyless jewelled lever movement. Cuvette with translucent red enamel on engine turned ground. Cream enamel dial with Breguet numerals. Small case with engraved scroll bezel and fancy bow, the openwork hinged back with diamond set floral motif, with matching openwork shield shaped pin, to the associated gilt and red enamel necklet. Dial and movement signed, cuvette signed Tiffany & Co. New York.
