Gold 24 hour lever pocket watch

A rare Swiss 18 carat gold open faced keyless pocket watch with 24 hours dial made by Patek Philippe in Geneva, circa 1908. Jewelled lever movement. Gold cuvette with inscription. Gold dial with Roman hour numerals, Arabic numerals indicating 24 hours and the center with an engraved foliate design. The bezel engraved with In Tempestate Secritas, hinged case back with a scene of Saint George slaying the dragon in relief and also engraved S Georgivs Eqvitvm Patronvs, the inside of the case back depicting Jesus and His disciples crossing the Sea of Galilee in a boat during a great storm. Movement and cuvette signed and numbered, case numbered.
