Open faced key-wound verge watch by Daspre & Deleamont

A fine French gold, enamel and paste set open faced key-wound verge pocket watch, circa 1780. Gilt finished verge movement, chain fusée. White enamel dial with Roman numerals and paste-set pierced hands. Case with paste-set bezel, the reverse with a painted polychrome enamel classical scene of a young couple before an altar, paste-set surround, to the granulated border enhanced by a green enamel foliate ring. Dial and movement signed.
