An 18K gold, hunting case a goutte, signed middle part, dome signed and numbered, case and movement matching number, very rare calibre, signed and numbered, fine lever movement with repeating hours and quarters, signed original enamel dial with professional restored hairlines, Breguet steel hands, in good condition, movement intact, not running in all positions, service recommended.
