An early English gold triple cased repoussé verge pocket watch, circa 1770. Early English verge movement, worm gear, the bridge decorated with mythical creatures. White enamel dial with Roman hours and curved Arabic minute scale, probably original hands. An on both sides open protective brass case, formerly glazed on the back, covered with ray skin, outer and inner case 18 carat gold, the outer case repoussé, plain inner case, master’s mark LO with a crown. Movement signed.
