An elegant American 18k gold and enamel Art Nouveau lady’s keyless pendant watch, circa 1900. A Louis XV, polished and engraved bezel and band, the back with removable repousse relief decoration of flowers, the cuvette with transparent green enamel over guilloche. White enamel dial with blue Arabic numerals, outer minute divisions and gold spade hands. A rhodium-plated movement, 15 jewels, wolf’s tooth winding, straight-line lever escapement, split bimetallic balance, blued steel flat balance spring, index regulator. Dial and movement signed.
