An elegant Swiss 18 carat gold and enamel, diamond set keyless pendant watch made by Vacheron & Constantin in Geneva, circa 1910. The bezel and back are overlaid with translucent blue guilloché enamel with applied rose cut diamond set foliate filigree mounts. Matte silver dial with Breguet hour numerals, an engine turned center, outer minute divisions and decorative gold hands. A rhodium plated movement, Geneva striping decoration, 16 jewels, straight line lever escapement, cut bimetallic compensation balance with seven adjustments, flat balance spring and an index regulator. The dial, case and movement are all signed.
