A rare Swiss 18K yellow gold and painted-on enamel keyless lady’s pendant watch, circa 1910. Made for the Bern Schutzenfest. The back is decorated with a painted-on enamel view of Bern with the words Bern 1910 in gold and the enamelled arms of Bern below, cast and chased Eidgenossisches Schutzenfest on the border with a hinged gold cuvette. White enamel dial with black dauphine numerals, outer minute divisions, subsidiary seconds and gold Louis XV hands. A frosted gilt movement, 15 jewels, straight-line lever escapement, cut bimetallic compensation balance, blued steel Breguet balance spring, and an index regulator. Case signed.
