Elegant thin minute repeating gold keyless watch

Fine and elegant, thin, minute repeating, 18 carat yellow gold and niëllo hunting cased keyless dress watch. Made to commemorate Otto von Bismarck as the Prussian Ambassador to Paris by Ulysse Nardin, le Locle Switzerland Circa 1910.
Four-body, bassine and polished case with both covers niëlloed with a geometric foliate design, the interior of the back cover with an applied gold plaque engraved ‘Otto v. Bismarck, Herzog v. Lauenburg, Gestander in Paris, 1862’ and a hinged glazed gold-rimmed cuvette to view the movement.
Matte gold dial with black champlevé Breguet numerals, outer minute track, subsidiary seconds, engine-turned centre and Black spade hands.
Rhodium-plated movement with Geneva Striping decoration, 31 jewels, straight-line lever escapement, cut bimetallic compensation balance, blued steel Breguet balance spring with over coil, index regulator and repeating on gongs activated by a slide on the band.
Dial and movement signed.
