A very fine, heavy and large English anker chronometer precision pocket watch with 30 hour power reserve indication and Extract from the Archives. Glazed frosted gilt ¾ plate movement, numbered, signed, screwed chatons, blued screws, a florally engraved barrel cover, English lever escapement, chain and fusee, bimetallic chronometer balance with four screws and two movable trapezoid weights, blued, free sprung balance spring, chatoned diamond endstone on balance, chatoned ruby endstone on a lever, escape wheel and seconds wheel. White enamel dial by Willis, signed, numbered, radial Roman hours, an outer minute track, auxiliary seconds at 6 o’clock, 30 hour power reserve indication at 12 and blued spade hands. An 18 carat gold plain tiered case with maker’s punch mark HMF for Harrison Miles Frodsham, a turning pendant.
