Camerer, Cuss & Co.
Camerer Kuss & Co. began in 1788 as an importer of Black Forest clocks by German immigrants Andrew Camerer and David Kuss, evolving into a well known London retailer, repairer and manufacturer of clocks and watches. The company became Camerer, Cuss & Co. after the “K” was dropped to avoid anti German sentiment during World War I and continued to operate until the last shop closed in 2002, leaving a legacy in horology and publishing.

Signed: Camerer, Kuss & Co.
