A gentleman’s rare half quarter repeating hunting case pocket watch with chronograph and regulator dial, circa 1866, 18k gold case, polished, push back, pusher for seconds stop, slide for repeating mechanism. Enamel dial, hour dial with radial Roman hours at “3”, centre seconds, central hand für minute indicator, blued spade hands. 4/5 plate movement, frosted, gilt, signed, 2 hammers, 2 gongs, “Patent 45984”, English lever escapement, gold screw compensation balance, blued balance spring, ne orally engraved balance cock.
