Gold and enamel miniature watch in triple cases

A very fine English 18 carat gold and enamel triple-cased miniature verge pocket watch made for the Ottoman market, circa 1817. One case with scalloped edge, polychrome champlevé enamel flower decoration, partly translucent and opaque enamelled, glazed back cover, another case with polychrome painted enamel plaque depicting a bouquet of summer flowers against an engine-turned and translucent red background in the centre, case maker punch mark AN. White enamel dial with radial Ottoman numerals and gold hands. Gilt frosted full plate movement, chain and fusee, blued screws, Egyptian movement pillars, silver regulator disc, three-arm steel balance, engraved pierced balance cock, large, diamond-set endstone on balance. Movement signed.
