An English Andrew Dickie 22k yellow gold and enamel decorative pair cased pocket watch, champlevé enamelled décor, circa 1768, 22K yellow gold and enamel, pair-cased, key-winding, round-shaped, pocket watch; slightly later white enamel dial. Outer-case engraved and royal blue enamelled in champlevé showing a bunch of flowers; gilded brass glazed protective case.

Andrew Dickie, London Watchmaker listed since 1756. He was appointed, by the “1761 Longitude Act”, to be an expert consultant on Harrison’s chronometer. He died in 1772.
