An important, heavy hunting cased watch with one-minute tourbillon and chronograph, circa 1911 18k gold case, tiered, smooth, pusher for chronograph, case maker punch mark FT (Frederick Thoms), glazed movement. The dial is enamel, radial Roman numerals, sunk auxiliary seconds, sunk 60-min. counter, blued spade hands. 3/4 plate movement, frosted, gilt, chatoned, blued screws, ground, bevelled chronograph steel parts, ratchet wheel, Swiss lever escapement, finely polished steel tourbillon cage, gold screw compensation balance, ruby endstone on lever and escape wheel.
