An early, particularly large English double-cased verge pocket watch with date, circa 1710.
Silver double-case with early signed spindle mechanism, very early copy with a child’s portrait on the cock, and Egyptian pillars. Signed champlevé dial with date window, Roman radial hours, outer minutes track with Arabic five minutes numerals, and gold-plated hands. Movement and dial signed.
