A fine unusual English brass 1610-1200 style verge pocket watch, circa 1720. Full plate fire gilt movement, signed, pierced and engraved balance cock, silver regulator disc fusee and chain with worm and wheel barrel setup between the plates, decorative movement pillars, three-arm steel balance, fine florally engraved, and pierced balance cock with ruby endstone.
Brass polished outer case.
Gilt dial with foliage, radial Roman hours and half-hour markers, applied hour knobs for time reading by night, gilt single hand.
