A rare, exquisite Swiss gold open faced keyless wind pocket watch, an anchor chronometer, circa 1910, made for L & E Fabre Buenos Aires.
Fine anchor chronometer calibre with fine adjustment. Signed enamel dial with Breguet-style radial hours, outer minutes track, subsidiary dial for the seconds, and gold Baton hands. Polished 18K gold case, particularly beautiful case shape with guilloche central part, floral relief rim, and the dome signed and inscribed.
