A fine and rare 18 carat yellow gold open faced keyless pocket watch made by Patek Philippe in Geneva, circa 1920. The polished case has a concealed hinge and hinged gold cuvette. The white enamel dial has Breguet hour numerals, an outer minute track, a subsidiary seconds dial at 6 o’clock and yellow gold spade hands. The matte gilt movement is fitted with a straight line moustache lever escapement, cut bimetallic balance, blued steel Breguet balance spring and an index regulator.
Dial, case, cuvette and movement signed.
