A fine 18 carat yellow gold keyless pocket dress watch. made by Vacheron & Constantin, Genève and retailed by O. Fresard, Lucerne, Lausanne, circa 1910.
Four-body bassine case, polished, hinged gold cuvette engraved with the name of the retailer and the back with an enamel monogram.
Gold engraved dial with black painted Breguet numerals, outer minute track, subsidiary sunk seconds dial. Gold oxidized spade hands.
Movement with 18 jewels, straight-line lever escapement, cut bimetallic compensation balance and blued steel Breguet balance spring with 8 adjustments.
Dial, case and movement signed, cuvette signed Vacheron & Constantin and retailer.
