Gold and enamel keyless pocket watch

A very fine Swiss 18 carat yellow gold and enamel open faced pocket watch with an associated chain made by Patek Philippe in Geneva, circa 1920. The manual wind nickel lever movement with a bimetallic balance. White enamel dial with Breguet hours, an outer minute track, subsidiary seconds at 6 o’clock and blued steel Breguet hands. A case with the blue enamelled monogram CEW on the hinged back, both bezels decorated to match, the pendant engraved and a hinged 18K yellow gold cuvette with a dedication. Dial, case, cuvette and movement signed by the watchmaker, cuvette and movement signed by the retailer.
