A French 18 carat yellow gold keylesswind hunting cased gentlemen’s pocket watch, made by F. Deshayes (student of Breguet) in Paris, circa 1900. This watch has an 18 carat gold case with a double cuvette, signed F. Deshayes, Elève de Breguet, 36 Boulevard des Italiens, Paris, L. Contreau Succ. White enamel dial with black painted Roman numeral hour markers, an outer minute track with Arabic five minute numerals, pear shaped and filigree hands, and a seconds counter at 6 o’clock. Handwound mechanical lever movement with an 18 carat yellow gold chain.
