Gold quarter repeating cylinder

A French quarter repeating cylinder in a gold open faced case, circa 1830. Keywind gilt bar movement with suspended going barrel. Plain cock with polished steel parachute suspension, blue steel regulator with bimetallic temperature compensation. Plain three arm gilt balance with blue steel spiral hairspring. Push quarter repeating on two polished steel gongs. Engine turned silver dial, Roman numerals, blued steel Breguet hands. Engine turned gold open faced case with engine turned middle. Gold repeating push in the pendant which is pulled out and twisted a quarter of a turn before use. Wound through the signed and numbered nr. 29 gold cuvette.
