Prime quality 20 Carat gold case with 4 different gold nuances, 5 part lateral hinge, figured scene on back, finest sound openings, pendant with huge diamond of ca. Ø 7 mm, opening pusher also with big diamond, and bell; finest signed movement with verge escapement; white enamel dial with Roman hours, Arabic minutes and original hands with diamonds.
