A fine French 18 carat quarter repeating “à toc” pocket watch, circa 1800. Gilt full plate verge movement, pierced and engraved bridge cock with polished steel coqueret, silver regulation disc with steel indicator, round pillars.
White enamel dial with Roman numerals outer Arabic numerals, gold poker and beetle hands. Winding through the front.
18 Carat gold case with a very nice polychrome enamel painted scene to the back. Push pendant for quarter repeating “a toc”.
