A high-quality and complicated 14K pink gold hunting cased minute repeater with chronograph by Audemars Frères Brassus Genève, for the Russian market, circa 1910. A 14K pink gold, punched, all lids solid gold, Audemars Frères Genève & Brassus punch, dome with medals, signed Audemars Frères Brassus & Genève, in the service of the Russian Czar (French).

Glazed movement, complicated gilt lever movement, repeating hours, quarters and minutes; intermediate wheel chronograph, bimetallic compensation balance, blued hairspring with terminal curve, fine adjusting device with bilingual inscription “Avance/Retard Fast/Slow”, visible striking mechanism, fly brake with rubies, striking with two hammers on gongs, bridge signed “Audemars Frères Brassus Genève”, crown winding, time setting by slide on bezel, original white signed enamel dial in very good condition, black Roman numerals surrounded with 60sec register, central blued steel chronograph hand, golden hands, subsidiary seconds, in full working order, plain but high-quality and solid gold case with front monogram JFR/FRJ, manufactured for the Russian market, high-quality collector’s watch.
