Rare French 18 carat gold ruby set verge watch Circa 1830

An extremely rare, very fine magnificent verge pocket watch, circa 1830. 18k gold case, decoration with granulations, richly set with turquoise and ground rubies, case maker punch mark TM. The dial is gold, engine-turned, Roman radial hours, blued hands. Full plate movement, keywind, frosted, gilt, chain/fusee, three-arm brass balance, blued balance spring, fine florally engraved and pierced balance bridge, silver regulator disc.
