A French quarter repeating cylinder in a gold open face case, circa 1830. Key wind gilt bar movement, suspended going barrel with polished steel Geneva stop work. Plain cock with polished steel regulator, plain three arm gilt balance with blue steel spiral hairspring. Polished steel cylinder and steel escape wheel. Push pendant quarter repeating on two polished steel gongs. Engine turned silver dial with Roman numerals and gold Breguet hands. Slim engine turned 18 Carat open face case with engine turned middle. Gold push pendant for the repeat with locking slide in the band. Wound and set through the signed and numbered gilt cuvette.
