An early single-handed Louis XIV Oignon with central winding, circa 1690. The gilt case is covered with shagreen, inside still very beautiful gilt, signed verge movement with a splendid verge cock bridge decorated with foliage, high and steep fusee, Egyptian pillars, very beautiful cartouche dial, copper gilt, centre with foliage decoration, iron hand.
