A splendidly enamelled rock crystal pendant-form watch, Renaissance style, made by Breguet in Paris, France, circa 1830. The open faced case is crafted from faceted rock crystal in octagonal shape, has silver mounting and is splendidly multi-coloured enamelled. The multi-coloured enamel dial has an outer ring with white Roman hour numerals and miniature Breguet hands. The gilt movement has a verge escapement.
