A French platinum and rock crystal keyless dress watch, circa 1920. Rock crystal case with faceted border, platinum band and triangular bow. Skeletonised dial, platinum radial Roman numerals, the engine-turned centre with a minute ring on the border. Blued steel Breguet hands. A rhodium-plated movement, Geneva striping decoration, 19 jewels, straight-line lever escapement, cut bimetallic compensation balance with eight adjustments, blued steel flat balance spring, and an index regulator. Dial signed Cartier, movement signed European Watch & Clock Company Inc.
