A very flat Art Nouveau dress watch made by Cartier in Paris, France, circa 1910. The plain open faced case of this numbered original Cartier watch is crafted from 18 carat gold, has a so called knife edge shape and a reeded mid section. The original silvered Art Nouveau dial has a cambered hour register, outer minute divisions and blued steel Breguet hands. The very flat high quality precision movement has a lever escapement. Dial signed.
