A French gentleman’s Breguet pocket watch “Montre Simple” with eccentric dial, circa 1830.
Engine turned, silver and 18 carat gold case with reeded band. Enamel eccentric, numbered, dial with radial Roman numerals, secret signature below “12” and Breguet hands. Bridge movement, keywind, with lateral concealed regulator tail, cylinder escapement, three-arm blued balance and shock protection-“parachute”.
