A hunting cased pocket watch made by A. Lange & Söhne in Glashütte, Germany, circa 1906. The numbered case of this watch was crafted from 14 carat gold and is stamped with the watchmaker’s Hallmark. The original white enamel dial features Arabic hour numerals, an outer minute track, a sunk center, subsidiary seconds at 6 o’clock, gold openworked hands and is signed Deutsche Uhrenfabrikation Glashütte I/S A. Lange & Söhne. The numbered precision movement is equipped with an anker escapement, gold lever, gold escape wheel, fine adjusting device and is signed Deutsche Uhrenfabrikation Glashütte.
The case and movement have matching numbers.
