A very fine German Glashütte hunting cased pocket watch, manufactured in quality 1A, circa 1895.
18 carat rose gold, tiered, polished case with case design “Louis XV à goutte” and gold dome. Signed enamel dial with Arabic “Empire” numerals, auxiliary seconds and gold Louis XV hands. Signed 3/4 plate movement, frosted, gilt, with screwed gold chatons, screw compensation balance, florally hand-engraved balance cock, index spring fine adjusting device, gold lever and escape wheel and chatoned diamond endstone on balance.
