Imperial presentation watch with portrait of Kaiser Wilhelm

An imperial presentation Art Nouveau relief watch, made in Germany, circa 1900. The full hunter Art Nouveau relief case was crafted from silver and has both rims with representation of striding lions, a spring lid with a portrait of Emperor Wilhelm II, a back with a figural scene above which the imperial eagle and a skull punch on the inside of the case. The white enamel dial has Arabic hour numerals, a subsidiary seconds dial at 6 o’clock and gold hands. The movement has a fine anker chronometer movement with a particularly large balance and a minute wheel gold chaton.
The case and movement have matching numbers, the spring lid has an engraved signature on the inside, possibly in Cyrillic.
