Silver rare watch with sector dial

A rare verge pocket watch in an early hunting case with sector dial, circa 1690. Silver case, applied pierced, gilt decoration, case maker punch mark “JC”, large lateral hinge. Dial is silver, Champlevé style, retrograde minute indication, window for hour indication with Roman numerals, retrograde quarter hour indication, decorated with lavishly florally engraved ornaments and facet glazed cartouche depicting Emperor Karl VI. on a purple coloured background. Full plate movement, keywind, applied floral decorations, frosted, gilt, chain/fusee, blued screws, pierced flower pillars, large three-arm brass balance, blued balance spring, fine florally engraved balance cock, silver regulator disc, garnet endstone on balance.
