Silver open faced pocket watch

A rare pair cased verge pocket watch, circa 1720.
The outer case, bronze, silver, lacquer. The inner case is silver. A silver champlevé dial, the centre of the dial is decorated with a relief cartouche showing two female figures; one of them holds a candle in her hand, the other a sword. Together they are raising a royal crown above the letter G. Full plate movement, chain/fusee, large three-arm iron balance.
