A fine gilt pair cased English repousse and agate watch with chatelaine, circa 1750, gilt full plate verge movement, pierced and engraved balance cock, baluster pillars, regulation dial, cuvette signed Nath. Mullens Bristol.
White enamel dial, Roman numerals for the hours, Arabic numerals for the minutes, plain inner case, fine repoussé outer depicting Cleopatra dissolving the pearl, suspended on a gilt chatelaine set with agate panels and decorated with scroll work, fob seal and scent bottle, signed on the movement.
