Rare English 18 carat gold, enamel and rose-cut diamond-set triple cased quarter repeating pocket watch made for the Ottoman market, circa 1810. Gilt brass full plate movement, fusee and chain, verge escapement, steel three armed balance, flat balance spring, one-footed cock pierced and engraved with foliage, diamond endstone, rack and pinion regulator with a silver plate with Islamic numerals, repeating on a bell in the back of the case. White enamel dial with Turkish numerals. Dial signed, movement signed and numbered.
