Polished 18-carat gold case with case maker’s punch WM, probably William Mean, and original dome. English Chronometer movement with spring detent escapement, big chronometer balance, four screwed gold chatons, the bridge with engraved grotesque face, and the main plate signed John Newton London. Signed white enamel dial with radial Roman numerals, outer minutes, subsidiary dial for the seconds, and gold spade hands.
