The case fully engraved with foliage engravings exude a sense of luxury and craftsmanship. The front 24-hour dial features a white enamel surface adorned with Roman and small red Arabic numerals, an outer minute track, complemented by Blued spade hands. This exceptional pocket watch houses a nickel-plated and jewelled movement, a raised barrel arbour, and a counterpoised straight-line lever escapement. The cut and compensated bimetallic balance, along with the blued steel Breguet overcoil balance spring and index regulator. Overall this timepiece represents a remarkable example of late 19th-century Swiss horological artistry, combining technical sophistication with ornate design.
