The Hubert family were important watchmakers and recorded as working in Rouen as early as 1612. Pascal Hubert was born around 1625. According to Tardy, he was appointed master in 1649. He worked with Jacques Gloria senior, one of the first watchmakers who produced watches without a fusee. Pascal Hubert probably died around 1701.
