A Swiss gold keyless wind pocket watch made for the American market by Patek, Philippe et Cie, Genève, circa 1910. Engine turned Swiss lever movement, cut and compensated bimetallic balance, swan neck regulation. White enamel dial, black Roman numerals, black outer minute track, gilt hands and subsidiary seconds at 6. 18 Carat open face case, polished hinged, monogram to back, presentation engraving to cuvette. Movement co-signed Haman & Company, St Paul, Minn, case, dial and movement signed Patek Philippe.
